As the year comes to an end, it is our pleasure to announce the launch of our new set of apartments. These apartments which will be launched on Sunday, December 11 will include nine one-bedroom flats and are designed to make lodging better, more comfortable, and to encourage fine living for visitors to Lagos State who intend to do business or have fun in Lekki Phase 1 and environs without them having to worry about the stress of traffic and other unfavorable situations which they cannot control, but can avoid.
Guests who will be hosted in our new flats will have access to world-class hospitality with the inclusion of professional and standby housekeeping, spacious parking lots, and an in-house laundromat service. Patrons will also find it easy to indulge in recreational activities with the provision of a state-of-the-art swimming pool and a monthly subscription to yoga and fitness classes.
We are gradually phasing out of being just a short-let rental company and pivoting into property tech. In the near future we’ll be expanding our services to offer; management of spaces other than apartments (e.g event centers, work spaces etc) flexible payment subscriptions, Credit Renting, Shared housing and even a facility management solution.
