FreshPress Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

– Each customer is entitled to one wash per week, with a maximum load of 5kg per wash.

– The total allowable laundry weight per month is 20kg.

2. Drop-off & Pickup

All laundry drop-offs must be coordinated through our designated contact: 08021234567 or freshpress@the99aapartments.com.

Drop-offs will be made at 15 Oluwole Street, off Chief Collins Uchidiuno, Lekki Phase 1.

We will deliver cleaned items within 96 hours from the drop-off date.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all items dropped off are properly labeled and free from hazardous materials.

We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions such as color bleeding, shrinkage, or weakened fabric.

4. Liability & Claims

We exercise utmost care in handling all garments but are not liable for minor wear and tear during the cleaning process.

Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Amendments & Termination

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service for non-compliance with these terms.
